Concert Flute
The concert flute is one of the most common types of flutes, used as solo instruments, in orchestra's, in wind bands, and in flute choirs.
SIZE- Approximitely 67cm, depending on the footjoing
SHAPE- 3 sections belong the the concert flute, known as the headjoint, body, and footjoint
PITCH- The concert flute is almost always tuned to the key of C, the same as a piano. It can reach a three octave range, with the lowest note being middle C.
SOUND- The concert flute has the ability to produce many different tones, sounding high and peircing in the higher octaves, yet low and mysterious when playing in the lower registers.
